Terms of Service

General

▸ I have the right to decline any commission that are uncomfortable or outside of my skill level. Refers to my won't- and will draw below.▸Any sort of violation towards my terms will result a permanent ban and can no longer take slots in the future.▸ As the client, you will receive high resolution files of the commission by email.▸ To secure a slot, you have to go through the whole commission process, which implies: payment ready + giving references and other things you want to include.▸Please provide CLEAR references such as reference sheet or illustrations of the character you'd like me to draw. Be also specific with the description of poses and other things that matters to you. It will make things easier for the both of us.▸ Please allow 2 weeks to 1-2 months for the commission to be fully done. I will notify otherwise if there's a delay. If you require a commission to be completed on a certain date, notify me so I can check if I'm able to finish it in time.

Payment

▸Payment through PayPal is being made first before I start with your commission and is automatically set to full payment method. If wanting to pay 50/50, please tell me beforehand.▸If the payment won't be made within 24 hours, your commission will automatically be removed and the slot will go to the next client.
If wanting to pay later, give out a date so I can remind you in time. Do not violate this rule or there will be concequences.

Request & Revisions

▸ The client is NOT allowed to refund once the payment has already been made. Any form of harassment during the process will also lead to no refund and will close off the commission immediately.▸Initial sketch and WIPs will be shared and I will wait for your approval before moving on. The client is allowed to make (minor) edits during this process. Any huge changes than the original idea, for example different pose, composition, etc. will be an additional fee.▸During the linework progress, the client is allowed to make 3 major changes if needed. Anything above the amount will result an additional fee + time to work on your commission.Requesting a refund is only allowed after 3 weeks of the initial set deadline.

Credits & Publishing

▸ Do NOT claim the work as your own and put the artist's credit by using social tag (@RiruBreadu) or link for display on all social platforms.▸ I have full rights to publish works on my social accounts, including free use for future portfolio purposes. If you do not want your commission posted, please notify me beforehand.
